Hi.
We have a big Windows 2003 domain network. And a user just got a PowerBook G4 and needs it to be connected to the network.
When doing "Connect to server" I type in: smb://server/share. Press connect and I get prompted for: workgroup, username and password. Domain and user are correct so I type the password and get: "Could not connect to the server becouse the name or password is not correct".
If I change the username to domain/username I get a window of the share, but nothing in it...
When trying to connect from a windows pc there is no problem... What is wrong?!.... I have checked forums for this but no one answers on my request. Do I have to say no to this user becouse OSX can not connect to Win2003 server!?.
