problems with profile picture

Hello, whenever I try to upload a profile picture in my profile I keep getting this error message

There has been an error in the upload. Please ensure that the file has been correctly selected and that the upload has taken place successfully.

I dont know what Im doing wrong, the file isnt too large so I have no idea what the problem is. Can anybody help, Id really appreciate it. Thanks

I honestly am not sure why it would be happening, I just tested it and it's working fine. Are you running any kind of strange firewall settings? The other thing you can try is putting the pic up on the web somewhere and pulling into your profile from there.
