Just Google'd my Name...

Im 5th on the first page of around 1 million results (at time of posting at least)..

I guess this comes down to SEO, anyone employed any techniques in design to boost results?

My name is Lewis Hill, and the website thats ranked 5th is www.evolewtion.co.uk

My next SEO endeavour is www.hilldesigns.co.uk, I want to try to get ranked for Essex Based Web Design or something.

You can register your site through google to get a sitemap index and put that on your server.

The <title> tag does it all. Search engines pull a lot of information from what the title tag contains. It also doesn't hurt to put in a <meta> tag with some keywords.
