Like Podraig says, but with the additional info to use Finder > Go > Home > Music > iTunes > iTunes Music (folder). They're just the .mp3 music files, which you would drag to a flash drive (or burn a CD) for transferring. iTunes will build a Library for them once you start importing them to or playing them in iTunes on your PC.
