new hard drive. cant boot to windows now.

Macbook Pro -- 2 Ghz Intel Core Duo / 2 GB Ram / 320GB HD -- iPhone 3G Black 16GB
I just upgraded to a 320 gb hard drive and now i cant boot up windows. I used carbon copy to copy my hard drive. what did i do wrong?

I don't know if this is the case, but doesn't carbon copy only copy the OS X partition?

i copied both partitions. so im not sure. it seemed like it worked.
