15" MBP Unibody 2.53Ghz 4GB RAM 250GB HD,VERIZON iPhone 4,SIG P238 ,iPad,6th Gen iPod NANO
I sent my Macbook of to Apple Wed night at 7:00PM from FL to Tenn.I got it back from Apple this Morning at 10:00AM 39 hours total door to door.
It appears they just swapped my hardrive and sent me a new Macbook.Is this something they do?
I sent it in to have the the bottom case and the keyboard/trackpad replaced.


any thoughts

That's pretty good. I don't know if they normally do that for a replacement on the keyboard/trackpad and case.

Consider it a result of good karma?

I do I intend on writing a letter I have had good and bad experiences with Apple but in the end they always come through. And that is why I will continue to buy there products.
