We have an old G3, running OS 8.1, used primarily as a word processor and for email using Outlook Express 5. OE 5 now freezes every time it opens; suspect it may be a virus associated with an email that was received. (Norton virus scan turned up nothing.) Don't really care about being able to use the program ever again -- just want to be able to get into it and retrieve contact information and some messages in folders. Any suggestions?
