I think the fact that it can only be purchased in stores and can no longer be activated at home kind of answers that question, but it's still not 100%.

Good point,I guess I can always order on ebay or have someone from the UK sell me one.Since they have a pre-paid option in the UK.

My cousin just got the new iPhone. I have no idea how but they own a chain of Quiznos and Dunkin' Donuts in New York, and they probably have some sort of connections? Anyways i am still amazed at how SHE out of all people got it.
