i'm setting up a wireless network in a small apartment (4 rooms). i have a macbook pro with leopard and my girlfriend has a hp desktop with vista (terrible os by the way). both have wireless built in. we're getting cable internet and the only cable outlet is in the room with the tv, not the office where we both do most of our computer work. would there be any benefit to getting an airport express/extreme over another non apple router?
thanks!

I won't hide the fact that I am biased. But yes the Airport Extreme is an excellent router. And the easiest to set up I've ever used, even on my Vista machine!

The only benefit to getting an Airport Express is that USB port. You can connect an external hard drive or a printer and share it over the network. Otherwise any other router is just as good.

I personally recommend the D-Link DIR-655 as it's cheaper.
