Hi, I about to purchase a brand new MacBook Pro and I am Very interested in perhaps installing three separate OS's on it, Leopard, Xp, and perhaps Ubuntu. I've seen online videos of booting using refit, and it looks very nice!! :D

I am having second guesses about this, as it seems the new Macbooks with 'Penryn' Processors are less compatible with this scenario.

So is this a good idea?? If so, where can i find online instructions that give VERY detailed steps on how to do this with the NEW Macbook Pros.

Thanks, and sorry if this topic has already been covered, and if my computer terminology is a bit 'rusty!' :D

Check in with the Ubuntu on line forums. They have a complete section dedicated to installing Ubuntu on Macs. Instructions are given for using rEFiT plus lots of other information and feedback from users who are already running OS X, Windows, and Ubuntu (triple booting).
