Interfaces for External HDD

eSATA
Multi-lane SATA
IEEE 1394a
IEEE 1394b
SATA 1.5Gb/s
SATA 3.0Gb/s

When im searching for an external hdd, im looking for a firewire 400 however it show this interface above. Which one isa firewire or is firewire even there?

im confused... :[

eSATA is for External SATA. In other words an External SATA drive. SATA 150 and 300 are the old and new Internal interfaces for SATA (Serial ATA). That other I have not seen.
