If your wanting to get through a filter to access a blocked site, good luck. If your network administrator is smart, most of everything that you find has already been or will be blocked.

I use Peacefire proxies at my school (which uses websense) and it has always worked great.

Basically you sign up for this email newsletter and they send you new proxies every few days. The last one I got was http://www.totalbanana.com/
