Reformat Memory Stick

I have a generic brand usb flash drive memory stick from China.
I would like to reformat or re-set it using the Mac OS X (Tiger Edition).

Does anyone know how this can be done?

Your Mac's Specs
iMac Core Duo 20", iBook G4, iPhone 8GB :)
Launch Disk Utility (spotlight it). Then select your pen drive in the left side and click on "Erase" tab.
