MTV encoder

Hi all,
just registered and was wondering if any one knew anything, or more specificaly, any program that will convert video files to MTV format?
Any feed back would be greatly appreicated

I think that, to get any replies, you are going to have to be a bit more specific as to what you mean by "MTV format".

Are you talking about the television broadcast standard that they use?

I think I know what you mean. I just bought a cheap $35 coby mp3 player that will only play videos in the .mtv format (not the cable broadcasting station, btw). Wikipedia actually has an entry on the .mtv format. I have to say it sucks because so far I have not been able to fine one single piece of software to convert my .mp4 video files from my mac to .mtv format.
