My mighty mouse doesn't track worth you know what. I have it on a brand new mouse pad and it's still jagged and rough. My chorded mouse works like a charm too so this leads me to believe that the problem is with the mighty mouse.

I went to the Apple website tonight for support and you can request service by entering the serial number of the hardware. Well it keeps coming back as "invalid SN".

I live in Canada - who do I contact to send this thing in for service?

Thanks,

Thanks "tips".

Specifically what method of contact. Seems like they frown upon email support so are you just supposed to call the apple phone number?

If that is a question that needs a serious answer, then I'm afraid I cannot help you.
