Is my router being hacked????

in my router firewall log I am receiving the following:

Found PortScanner attack from 24.64.114.230 in port 5464 => Fri Apr 11 22:21:48 2008

Found Syncflood attack from 70.188.116.246 in port 5464 => Fri Apr 11 22:21:48 2008

Found Syncflood attack from 76.78.105.25 in port 5464 => Fri Apr 11 22:21:48 2008

Found Syncflood attack from 70.120.212.105 in port 5464 => Fri Apr 11 22:21:48 2008

Whats this all about??

I have cleared the log and tried changing the password but with no luck. it keeps appearing

A change of IP address resolved this problem. It was really bogging down my router

Hacked no, probed yes.
