i am not too into cooking but this is sorta functional:
try adding some tofu (any type will work) to thicken a smoothei. you will not have to add ice.

add some whey protein, typically not more than 60g, usually cant digest more than that in any one serving.

flavoring; good tofu and or whey protein both dont have alot of flavor
-better to buy the tofu that dosnt have a wallmart bad flavor but tofu dosnt have allot of taste. there is some extra soft tofu sold in a plastic tube but again anything will work.
-whey protein; manufacturers will tend to vary in quality every 6mo or so. i like ON-Gold Standard Vanilla Ice Cream currently.
-if calories are the bad flavor with splenda and or crystal lite (the lemonaid flavor is ok)
-try an avocado or two with some sugar, odd but ok, anything works...
