I hate typing in my long email address and password every time on a little screen.

1Password (http://www.google.com/aclk?sa=l&ai=BnZNyl3X_R7j4FIymecnJjOgIuvrwOb7yq40Elsn6kgnQhg MIABABGAEguVQ4AVDv9omn-f____8BYMnG6oq0pNgPoAGMuOD-A8gBAYACAakC1B6TYWVIrz7ZAyNpcgeceBo3&sig=AGiWqtwqv-4hr_DDLM1AlcgFc-Rx1Ymtzg&q=http://1passwd.com/%3Fr%3Dc1b9b6f6) kind of supports the iPhone:
You can sync a special bookmark to your phone that once pressed will show a translucent overlay window over the current webpage. In that window you tap the login you want (it displays any related to the current website's domain) and then enter your 1Password code (which can be as long or short as you want).

It will then autofill the login boxes on the webpage and log you in.

It works on most pages I've tried, you just need to visit them and store the password using 1Password on your mac, then sync the special bookmark.
It's not a full password manager replacement, but it gets the job done.

I guess a real "password autofill" feature would just be too risky on the iPhone since if you lose it anyone could access all your online logins.

Well what service are you using for email? The Mail app on the iPhone supports Yahoo, gMail, AOL, and any POP or IMAP service. No need to type your addy and password each time to get mail... it's all stored once you set it up.

No I mean like when I log into:
myspace
facebook
netflix

etc, it needs my email and password. Is there something that will save it?

Oh yes... *smacks head*... now I see. Well as Apt said... give 1Password (http://johnkendrick.wordpress.com/2008/02/07/1password-does-webforms-on-the-iphone/) a whirl.
