Can anyone do a file conversion for me?

I have a real audio file that I need in mp3.

Can't find a convertor anywhere.

We need this for a Citizen group fighting a Wal Mart development.

The file is about 6 mins in length.

Unfortunately that site won't do it. The file is a Real audio with the .ram extension.

This has been the problem in converting.

Try Audio Hijack and see if that works out for ya. It takes any audio output and re-records it to a format of your choice. Basically... you play your RAM file, AJ will intercept the audio and record the output to a new file.
