Getting my Mac to see my pc and share

How and which one do I start on? Right now they are sharing an internet connection through my router. I NEED THE PC TO be able to access one of my HD's on the mac.

okay I can see the pc on my mac and access the drives but the stupid pc is slow when checking networks and such......it doesn't says Blair's Mac Pro or anything. I just need the pc to see one HD.

Also, lol, I can't the the Lexmark Color laser connected to the same router. I can find my roland large format printer but to laser.
