in indesign, the command for "show entire spread" is "Option+Command+0 (zero)". sometime i accidentally press "Option+Command+O". and my text goes low res and all my picture boxes go grey. the only way to get it back is to close the document and open it back up. does anyone know what this key command is for? i hate it!!!!!!  :D

Try Command+Option+Z which should restore the resolution to typical display.
Command+Option+H will set it for high resolution (though at a hit to the performance depending on how much power your mac has)

Best!

My pleasure. I've racked my brains about this kind of thing all too often so I know how it feels.
