Restore- what about contract?

If you restore youe iPhone, what happens to the contract'activation?

I'm on 02 and want to restore it, will it be alright?

Like apt said, it'll be just fine. When you restore, it'll give you an option to restore from a backup, just select that and it'll activate on its own and put back all the information and settings that were on the phone during your last sync.
