Clock has not moved forward on text app

I have a new 8GB iPhone unlocked to 1.14. The phone has moved forward an hour on the Daylight Savings but the text application has not. How do I fix this?

That's odd, mine moved ahead just fine. Have you restarted the phone?

Yes, rebooted, no change. Its an unlocked 1.14

Its weird, the clock app is set at the right time, but the clock on the top bar where the carrier and battery meter are is still the old time.
