After an experience with bad ram i bought some from other world computing, on the recommendation of several people on these forums.
After ordering i then recieved an email asking for extra info cos i want it shipped to my non billing address in the uk. I sent all the info back the same day but have heard nothing since. It's been almost a week now and their order tracking says i need to get in contact, which i have but with no reply.

Anyone else had bad experiences here or am i just over reacting. A week without response really sucks in terms of customer service.

I've dealt with OWC many times and I've never had a problem. Don't fool with email… give them a call.
