Missing Icons

Hi my new Apple TV Gen 3 is missing almost all icons
The only icons on the screen are the "computers, Settings, and MLB.com"icons
I'm missing all the others YouTube, Flickr, Netflix, NBA, Vimeo, photo stream, movies and etc.
I have tried to restart it but it doesn't help any ideas???

Your Mac's Specs
Mac Mini i5 (2014 High Sierra), iPhone X, Apple Watch, iPad Pro 12.9, AppleTV (4)
That means you don't have it connected to the internet.

Restart your router, check your cable or wireless settings on your Apple TV

No the internet was ok. I needed to logon Itunes then everthing appeared.
