Today I shut down router and unpluged it from electricity for some time.
Afterwards I turned it on and opened the following ports:
3689
5353
123
2616
1305

And still, nothing works, no YouTube or any other network services on the ATV and Home Sharing button keeps disappearing after I turn it on. In a few hours I'll check the AirPlay on my iPad but I suppose it's not working either.

Any suggestions? Maybe there are more ports that should be open? BTW it is impossible to upgrade the router's firmware to an original NetGear firmware.

Factory reset. There will be an option in the firmware when you log into the router

It's a start.

Try putting the AppleTV ip address in as the nominated DMZ address in the router settings

The DMZ option on the router lets you nominate an IP address on your network that can send and receive traffic with going through the routers firewall rules. It frees the path for that device.

It's a good way to see if it's the firewall/port configuration that's at fault.

Ok I enabaled DMZ on my computer and now the ATV is able to see my iTunes library.
But my ISP told me that I'm not allowed to set up DMZ on more than one computer, so how can make ATV to work with more than one computer?
But still now YouTube, why is that? :\

You can only have one nominated IP in a DMZ that's true.

The fact it worked when your Mac was in the DMZ proves it's the firewall/port config on your router.

Without knowing the existing config it's hard to advise what to change it to as the default config for an off-the-shelf router would 'just work' so it appears that the custom firmware configured by your ISP is at fault here.

Do you have a friends unlocked router you can try?

Yes, sorry. Should've been more specific.

A router stock/standard/default firmware.
