a GO-zillion times but being a new Mac user I'm wondering when the latest OS will be coming out?Is the launch of a new Mac OS like the launch of a new Windows OS?As far as all the hub-bub on TV?Lord,Mac butchers Vista on TV.....funny to me.And my 3rd and final question is what will be the price of this new OS?I hope its not like Vista....we all know what that costs.Being pretty much a PC user and BIG TIME gamer I'm very scared of Vista for right now.I'm still running XP Pro on my gaming rigs....but I love my Mac Book!The only thing I use my PC for anymore is gaming....the Mac is my work horse.....thanks for all the help!

OSX Leopard was due out in June

the release was pushed back to October - reasoning (according to apple, who i trust) was that the iphone took precedence over its release

I do expect to see it in October without further delay, as they are going into Beta testing at WWDC by handing out beta versions of the OS

judging by previous releases of OSX you can expect to pay about 130 dollars for it, or probably around 60-90 pounds
