No. The price. The screens have been out for a while now.

    Specs:
    2012 MBP 15" 2.6 i7 with GT 650M, 16gb ram
I'm just wondering if they are going to come out with new ones and make everything non user serviceable and cut out the optical drive...

I'd really love the retina but due to the above I am currently planning on the 15" MBP with Glossy Hi-Res display and the upgraded possessor to get 1gb of graphics memory and then I'll upgrade the ram to 16gb my self.

What I am worried about is getting it and then Apple releasing better versions of the standard 15" MBP (maybe with 1680x1050 standard) or retinas with optical drives (not likely)

OR not getting it and having apple drop the Hi-Rez display in favor of the sealed no optical drive, single audio jack, need a thunderbolt adapter for everything Retina MBP.
