I have a C2D 2.16ghz mbp and had upgraded it almost a year ago with an extra stick of 1gb memory (total of 2gb)...i was thinking of pushing it up to the 3gb max (because i do alot of photoshop stuff and generally have many open apps and use fusion). The extra ram that i had bought was made by corsiar (i believe...or maybe crucial). My dilemma is this...I have a gift card for this store and they have the Buffalo Slect brand 2gb 200 pin So-Dimm on sale for $50 cdn. Is this a good brand of ram...and should i be worried about using different branded memory together?
