    unix shell command,does ibook have that?
    i just learn about unix, i was doing lots of shell commands for my assignment using uni computer, i know that mac is unix base, so does it accepts the shell command such as (ls -l) (wc -l)(cat mac|grep -i ....)>>>>>>>> as i am starter for both mac and unix, if it sounds stupid :confused: i am saying Sorry and thanks to your help forward :rolleyes:

    13in macbook - 10.10.4
    Simple answer: if you're running OS X - yes.
    Look in /Applications/Utilities and open Terminal.
