    Question cleaning the palmrests on my white macbook
    i'm not a dirty person, but the palmrests have become a little dirty. what's the best way to clean them?

    Specs:
    2.16GHz C2D MacBook w/ 2GB RAM & 120GB HD. HTC Droid Incredible.
    Searching the board cleans them magically...a lot like the magic eraser.

    as for palmrest shields I am currently using the moshi palmguard by aevoe.com...
    they are really awesome...def. worth the 20 bucks.

    I agree, I also have the Moshi PalmGuards, I've had them on since Feb. and they still look great. I went with them over the more popular Marware ones because I didn't like the large Marware logo...

    I found that waiting till they crack and taking them back to Apple for a repair worked quite well !!

    Two out of our three macbooks have cracked along the palm rest edge and been replaced under warranty !
    Experienced computer user, applications programmer and component level service engineer but came to the Apple platform with intro of intel!. Pro-photographer and director of electronics company.

    As for the Mr Clean Magic Erasers, just use the normal ones. Not the ones that foam up. I believe there is two types.
