Memory Cleaning.

Hi Folks,

I iBook G4 is one year old and since I bought it I have been using it but never thought of any temporary memorly cleaning and stuff.

I was wondering if there is anything called as Temporary Memory or Cache memory which needs to be cleaned Frequently for better Performance.

Can anyone please list out few task that we should do on Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Yearly basis for good performance and maintainance.

not sure about cleaning out memory? macs are supposed to be pretty good at memory management. and a reboot occasionally (or restarting memory heavy apps) should keep that under control if needed.

as far as cache maintenence is concerned, look no further: onyx
great app, nice configuration tweaks and cache cleaning (even on schedule).
