My Sims 2 game is seriously lagging after installing Nightlife and I have the minimum requirements and then some but it's still slow!

It could be more so a memory issue than video card. How much memory do you have?

If you're not sure, click the Apple menu, and choose "About this Mac"

That is "enough" but Sims 2 is a pretty hefty game, particularly when you start adding expansions. More memory *might* help, but chances are the system just isn't quite fast enough for the game + expansion.
