I am new to Mac.
When I was doing my research to purchase a new laptop, (in the stores) the trackpad was always configured to "tap to click".
When I brought my new MB Pro home I couldn't get past the start up screens because I didn't realize the trackpad actually can be pressed to click.
So I returned my MacBook to the store and got another one. I told them the trackpad wasn't working.
When I got home, the new MacBook had the same "problem". This time I plugged in a mouse and safely navigated to the system preferences where I discovered tap to click wasn't enabled.
It wasn't until the next day when I stumbled across the fact the track pad could be pressed.
Oh man... I didn't know. They should put a sticker on that thing.
I didn't loop back to the store and admit my stupidity.
