I have a black macbook, and it won't start up. When I try to start it up, it clicks, displays a blinking question mark folder, and doesn't do anything. I've tried resetting the PRAM, the NVRAM. I cannot boot up from the snow leopard disk, as when I try to boot from the disk, it tells me I have to restart my computer. I am running OSX 10.6.6. Please help!

Remove the hard drive from the machine, close it up and see if you can start up with your Leopard DVD. If you can, then the hard drive is probably defective and should be replaced.
