Hello. Sorry but I am new to this forum and Macs. I am looking at buying a macbook 13 in 2.4ghz aluminum form someone used and I was wondering how it works with transferring the warranty. I called apple care but they are closed for the holiday and I am planning on picking it up tomorrow. The sales person at apple said that he thinks that we both have to sign a paper from apple care but was not sure. Does the warranty just stick with the serial number? I know the computer only came out 2 months ago so I know it has to have a warranty. I have the serial number but that is no use because apple care is closed.
