switching windows via keyboard

i havent been able to find an answer....but how do u switch between windows by using the keyboard?
I want to be able to play music through itunes and play world of warcraft at the same time. So I'm not sure if spaces would work for that...
I've tried Command+Tab, but that doesn't work when I'm running World of Warcraft.
