    My Memory Upgrade Experience
Hey everyone, I just did a 4GB upgrade to my new Macbook Pro, and I wanted to share my experience with you. I wrote a blog post on the step by step process, check it out if you are looking to do a upgrade yourself.

I am very happy with the performance boost, I can notice it when i have alot of programs open, or have 10 to 15 tabs open on Firefox.

    I used a $94.99 Kingston 4GB kit from NewEgg.com

Very nice. I actually just put 4GB of RAM in my macbook pro, except I used the Corsair with lower latency's. It too is $95, but that is after a $40 mail in rebate. I love the performance boost too. By the way, I just used my nails to pop out the ram, not a knife. It's a little bit safer.

I didn't use the knife to open the clamps, I was just using it to identify them.

Thanks for the steep through. Have you replaced a MBP hard drive by any chance?..I think you should , and document it
