    RAM prices are way HIGH
    Need some more RAM bad. At 1gig now, and it really could take some more.

    crucial has:

    1GB kit (512MBx2) = US $290.99

    2GB kit (1GBx2) = US $484.99

    RAM prices flucuate and right now they are at a very high price.

    I was in CompUSA today.

    1GB (1GB X1) $149.00
    2GB (1GB x 2) $239.00

    www.newegg.com has them even cheaper than the CompUSA prices.

    wait for them to come down. ram prices do change quite a lot

    Yeah, prices jumped from 100 for 1GB to 139 for 1GB around the beginning of October...

    I'd wait a few weeks...

    for me ram prices have dropped - - last year this time good 1g 2 x 512 kit was easily $200! now it is closer to $100 - $150.

    Ram prices should be low due to Samsung being busted along with other top companies for price fixing.
