I just recently purchased an iMac and i have grown a bit frusrated over the last week....

I used have a PC with 2 monitors, one of the moniter is a 2009 40" Samsung LCD that looked amazing with my PC....

I purchased a mini display to HDMI from the apple store (Belken).... Plugged everything in and it looks horrible!!! The picture is very blurry and you will get a miagrine trying to read any thing of the montior becuase the words are out focus.

I messed with all the setting and i've got nothing...

Has any had any success using a monitor my size with a 40" lcd tv?

I connect my MacBook to a 47" LCD without issue.

1. What resolution are you using for the TV and is that it's native res?
2. Are you mirroring or extending onto the TV?

Ok.

Post back once your home and have set the resolution to the native resolution of the tv.
