Won't Turn On? B/w G3

I've been having so many issues with this thing...my blank hard drive Mac Blue and White tower that I was soon going to put Panther onto, won't turn on. it turned on 5 minutes ago! Then i turned it off. 3 minutes later- press button. Nothing. In between i unhooked the monitor to see if it worked with my laptop (it didn't) Then i plugged it back into the Mac and- nothing. So, I unplugged the monitor, and tryed- nothing. Everythings hooked up like I had it before, into the wall, keyboard, and monitor, but it won't TURN ON!!! I DOUBT it has ANYTHING to do with plugging the monitor into my PC laptop, but the monitor is Dell, and it worked before! Remember, it is a blank hard drive right now, so it used to show the folder with ?/Mac but now the dang thing won't do anything. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE tell me any ideas, suggestions, solutions or links, because I really need this thing to be able to flagin' WORK!!! THANK YOU!! (i'm ****** right now)

Yes it is. THANK YOU. Panther should arrive soon...got it off eBay from wefixmacs but i was wondering how you put an operating system on a blank hard drive computer like this? i think you press "C" but i don't know...

Same problem, different cause

I have the same problem, it turned on around about 5 mins ago then nothing, so, i opened it up and the cable from the power button had come loose, and i have no idea where it goes, does anyone know.. i dont want to get electrocuted again.. :Oops:

Update }
On closer inspection i found that this it the P5 cable that is loose, dunno if this will help
