G5 day/time keeps reseting

Hi,

My Apple PowerPC G5 does not seem to hold the time anymore.. it will hold it for a few hours if i switch off/switch on.. but if i switch it on the next day, the day/time is reset.. I am also starting to have problems with my MAC not recognizing some USB inputs..

Does anyone know what this could possibly be? Any help would be very much appreciated.

These problems (date & time resetting) are typically due to a dead PRAM battery. This is a battery that is usually located on the motherboard, and is replaceable.
