I was wondering what meant by WoW was locking up his system.

Well there ya go!

Well, any way, is it just that Game? Does this ever happen outside of World of Warcraft?

If it's only happening within World of Warcraft, try trashing the preferences..Search for World of Warcraft on your HD, delete any files that have .plist as an extension.. - Beware, if you have any setting you need for that game, you may want to troubleshoot some other stuff first, as trashing the prefs WILL rid those settings.

WoW spec requirements

Mac® System OS X 10.3.5 OS:
933 MHz or higher G4 or G5 processor
512 MB RAM or higher; DDR RAM recommended
ATI or NVIDIA video hardware with 32 MB VRAM or more
4 GB or more of available hard drive space
MacOS X 10.3.5 or newer
56k or higher modem with an Internet connection

At least it's playable.

Ooooh...I know in your post you say 512 MB of RAM, but your info says 256...which is it...If it were 256, that would def. explain it!

There is 512mb in it now, I didn't think to update my profile. The video card is the same one that is in my laptop, it does ok.

There is a new update for mac os that addresses WOW, also open gl issues, go to the mac website, you should do this for your computer anyway, be sure to run repair permissions before and after.

Games suck for mac, and the mac mini is no exception just because it is new, I roll with 512 1.25 and sim city had no chance of working even though i was way above the specs of the game. dont buy a mac for games!:)
