Can't initalize disc cuz says its full?
    Hello All,

When I try to prepare a blank CD-R as Standard formatting I get an error message that states Disc initalization failed because start-up or other discs are full.

There is no other explanation. Any clues?

    Thanks,

    Bucky

    Cool
I am a little confused here. You don't normally prepare a CD-R, but you may prepare a CD-RW.

What ever the case, if you have less than 700MB available disk space maybe causing the problem. I would try to to keep about a gig of space available. You may need it for swap, scratch and other system type functions.
